Alessandro recalls traveling with his mother and nice afternoon teas in a famous tea house or an elegant pastry shop on Rue de Rivoli in Paris, as well as dishes that his mother prepared, such as a chestnut dessert. Later, each of his business trips ended with a visit to a delicatessen and searching for familiar flavors. Stopping at the legendary tea house - as famous artists and fashion designers have done since the turn of the 20th century - is to turn back the clock, bringing back sweet memories, which were then skillfully captured by the talented Fanny Bal (the nose behind Madeleine's creation) in a sweet floral creation.
